to when the pedal is all the way out? If it's close to the floor, you should be able to adjust the clutch master rod a bit to see if that helps you out. You have to turn one nut on the rod and move the other along with it. There should be a writeup in FAQ. Also, if that doesn't work, you can try another new master cylinder. I had a similar problem to what you're having, and I had just replaced the master cylinder, and after exhausting everything possible (including a new clutch/flywheel and all new tranny bell housing hardware), I tried replacing the new master cylinder with another new one, and that solved the problem. Turns out the new master was bad too. Go figure. Fortunately those things carry a warranty.
